Mission Statement
"We will be the leader in golf executive placement by providing our clients
with exceptional candidates, who are ethical, competent and capable."
With over thirty years of experience in the private and resort club business, Dick Kopplin brings a unique perspective to the search and placement of key business executives in the golf industry. He has seen firsthand the results of employees who were destined to fail because they were in the wrong job and probably should never have been seriously considered.
One reputable study indicates that:
"Ninety-five percent of managers who fail in their first year do so because of a faulty evaluation during the hiring process."
That is why Kopplin & Kuebler takes every candidate through a hiring process that is extensive and thorough.
